Facilities at the Museum
Facilities at the Museum are nothing short of superb. They include free parking, a shop and café, audio-visual room and activity and resource rooms. All Museum buildings are wheelchair accessible.
Museum Shop and Café
The original courtyard houses the Museum Shop and Café. The shop boasts a well chosen selection of gifts including children’s and specialist books, stationery, jewellery, textiles and turned wood.
The Museum Café offers a variety of hot meals, snacks, sandwiches, and deserts and can cater for special and group events (Café Tel: 094 92 89972). Both the Shop and café are open during Museum hours with extended opening from 12pm each Sunday. (Shop/Café open Monday from May-Sept).
